How do I make payments with you?

Get A Rate will service your loan for the first 30 days after closing. After 30 days, the loan will be transferred to a permanent loan servicer. You will work with them to set-up a monthly payment plan.

We are fortunate to work with reputable servicers and mortgage investors including major US banks, government-sponsored entities, publicly-traded mortgage companies, and specialized servicing firms. Plus, we carefully screen company reviews and follow-up with our borrowers post-transfer to ensure the quality of the permanent servicers that we provide.
