CHANGES TO AGREEMENT
Get A Rate may and can modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this Site will be deemed to be your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
This website is applicable to and should only be used by persons 18 years of age or older and located within the United States of America. Accessing or using this website by any person under the age of 18 or from locations outside the United States is prohibited.
This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Failure by Get A Rate or its affiliates to strictly enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Without the prior written permission of Get A Rate, or its appropriate affiliates, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the Marks. Get A Rate is committed to fair lending practices. It is our policy to make credit products available to all applicants on a consistent and fair basis, provided they meet standard guidelines for safe and sound lending.

No High Cost Loans
Get A Rate is also committed to not originate loans that would be considered “High Cost Loans” under the Federal Home Ownership & Equity Protection Act. (HOEPA).
No Predatory Lending
Get A Rate’s will not originate loans that have “Predatory” characteristics nature. We also do not require that borrowers purchase single paid, or life credit insurance premiums from Get A Rate.

Identity Theft occurs when someone uses sensitive information, called Personally Identifiable Information (or PII) of another person without their permission to commit fraud or other crimes, such as Account Takeover or Application Fraud.
