As we all know, refinancing your house can be stressful but Kelly made this entire process easy. I was impressed to get emails/phone calls from her at 8:00 at night. I recently refinanced my home through Get A Rate. I have been living in my home for approximately 10 yrs. I tried refinance through my current mortgage company , Wells Fargo, at least 3 times. My interest rate was high, 6.25% and my payments were high as well. Kelly worked to get me a great rate, 4.125%. This company was very professional. Initially, I had my doubts. I did not know this company. I figured that if Wells Fargo could not offer me a great deal, how could this company. I called Kelly on numerous occasion, wrote several emails and researched this company. I was never pressured. Kelly always was polite and professional. My monthly payment now is $1900 per month less. My only regret is that I allowed my doubt to delay my applying for this loan. I highly recommend this company. I thank Kelly for all the hard work and professionalism. “Buying a home can be an extremely stressful experience, however when you have a mortgage company that is constantly looking out for your overall well being both financially and personally it makes the process much more enjoyable. I purchased my home from sellers that exhibited REVOLTING behavior throughout the entire process. My closing was delayed for ninety-eight days due to the seller's inability to fix items that the town inspectors demanded to have repaired. The tasks were relatively simple, however the seller was cheap and hired contractors that were not completing the jobs accordingly. It was a very stressful, expensive and frustrating three months. That being said, the one constant light I held on to was that GET-A-RATE always was looking out FOR ME. <br><br>My first point of contact was Greg Marsh. All I can say is that I am forever grateful to Greg and his entire team. Greg, helped me every step of the way with the entire loan process. He was professional, thorough and courteous.
